Baccarat Classical Period Elegant Magnum Dog Rose in Coral Pink (circa 1850). This is a particularly large and nice example of this lovely lampworked flower over a star cut base, a Baccarat antique classic. The inner pink of the petals is exquisite. The leaves and stems are all well-made. Condition is nothing less than amazing as it’s all original and yet shows just a tiny amount of wear in the form of light surface scratches and wear to the basal rim. It must be in the top 1% in condition for original Baccarat antique weights. 3 1/4 inch diameter; 2 ¼ inch high dome; one pound and eight ounces.
