I also notice some of the prisms are missing and the top tulip has some holes in it however it looks like it was made that way also the one arm looks to have a different metal piece that connects into the lamp however it doesn't affected in any way I'm referring to the silver part that's at the end of each arm (Condition: Pre-Owned)
